According to the Public Relations of Tabiran Company, quoted from the Public Relations of Paya Saman Pars Holding, the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of Tabiran Company was held on Thursday, 5th of Mordad 1401 (July 27, 2022), with the presence of Engineer Majid Shahsavari, CEO of the Holding, members of the Board of Directors of Tabiran Company, and representatives from the auditor and legal inspector in the meeting hall of the Holding.

In this meeting, reports regarding the financial status, performance, and progress of Tabiran Company’s projects during the past fiscal year were presented. Additionally, topics such as the approval of the financial statements for the year 1400, the appointment of auditors and legal inspectors for the current year, and the company’s future plans were discussed and decided upon.

Engineer Shahsavari emphasized the importance of the development and expansion of Tabiran Company’s projects in alignment with the objectives of Paya Saman Pars Holding and commended the continuous efforts of the Board members and employees for achieving the company’s goals.

The representative of the auditor and legal inspector also presented a report on the financial status of Tabiran Company and emphasized that all financial actions were carried out in accordance with accounting standards and the laws of the country.

At the end of the meeting, necessary decisions regarding projects, profit distribution, and other topics related to the company’s future were made.
