Holding a Brainstorming Session for the Cultural Council Secretaries of the Subsidiary Companies of PayaSaman Pars Holding with the Presence of the Cultural Affairs Secretary of the Foundation

In light of the need for brainstorming and coordination in the cultural affairs of the subsidiary companies of PayaSaman Pars Holding, and with the aim of enhancing the level of cultural services across the organizations and creating motivation, a meeting was held with the presence of the Cultural Affairs Secretary of the Foundation and representatives from PayaSaman Pars Holding and its companies. During this session, discussions were held regarding performance evaluation, strengths and weaknesses of the companies in the past year, plans for the current year, along with policies, key topics, expectations, and how to improve the execution of cultural affairs. Additionally, the experiences and suggestions of the attendees were presented, discussed, and reviewed.
